There are eight days left in summer.  I can't say that I'm not very, very ready for these eight days to be over.  Like really ready but, I'm also a little emotional about it.  My son enters the fifth grade.  That just seems crazy to me.  I remember when he was born thinking about how far away this moment seemed to me.  Mostly because I felt like him being in fifth grade meant I would be old but, it also makes me think that I'm going to blink and I'm going to be entering his senior year in high school.  Crazy.
