I think if you look back at a photographer's life of work you'll see an evolution.  As your life evolves, your vision kind of evolves, too.  I like to think that my work has gotten technically better...please oh please!  I like to think my vision and style has become more developed, too.  As my kids get older, I start to think less about formal and more about the day to day things I tell myself to remember.  Sometimes I doubt that approach to my photography.  I mean the whole reason why you pay a photographer is to get a good shot of your kid smiling and the family pic, right?  Then I have a session like this.  This is what I love to capture.  Life.  I literally pulled my camera out and sat down on their living room floor and started capturing life.  Life at the moment their only daughter was six months old.  The boys are crazy super heroes and she is beautiful.
